On April 23, 2026, a tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in Odesa between NGO Soft Power, NGO Bezbarierni, and NGO Children.UA.

The event brought together representatives of civil society organizations, partners, and media outlets to strengthen cooperation in the fields of social inclusion, accessibility, and support for vulnerable groups.

The Memorandum provides for the joint implementation of social, educational, awareness-raising, rehabilitation, and human rights initiatives. Special attention will be given to supporting veterans, children and adults with disabilities, their families, and individuals affected by various forms of violence.

The primary goal of this partnership is to create a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory environment, improve the quality of life of target groups, and develop joint projects aimed at supporting women, children, and people in need of assistance.
